Event Consulting

Designed for organizations with the capacity to execute the planning but need guidance in developing new events or reimagining existing ones. With this service, you will receive

  • Consultation to discuss your event including goals, expectations, needs and budget

  • Detailed event plan including but not limited to concept overview, allocated budget, checklist and templates for working documents (includes up to two revisions after initial review)

  • Three 1-hour planning meetings to review progress, answer questions and provide guidance as needed

Starting at $1,500

*Please note this package does not include any onsite event services. Client is responsible for purchasing all items needed for event, hiring all vendors, set-up and break-down. This package is available nationwide.

Full Service Planning - Yearly Contract

Designed for organizations that host multiple events per year and are looking for an experienced professional to handle the day-to-day operations of each event on a year-round basis.

Over the years, we have found that organizations don’t think about the planning of an event until 3-4 months prior. By the time it becomes a focus for individuals within the organization, you enter crunch time and the event can suffer because of it. With a designated event professional consulting with your organization, we can begin the planning process as soon as the previous year’s event has concluded.

This allows time for innovation to keep the event fresh, choice event date, venue and vendors, and ultimately less time pressure on your staff to ensure the event is executed beyond your expectations.

Full Service Planning - Single Event

Designed for organizations who need an extra, designated professional to plan and manage the event day-to-day. While this package is customize to each client, responsibilities can include

  • Detailed event plan including but not limited to concept overview, allocated budget, and checklist

  • Managing all event details from concept to clean-up including hiring vendors and sourcing decor

  • Guest management including RSVP tracking and registration

  • Event set-up and break-down

  • So much more!

*Final cost of services will be determined following an initial consultation. Cost influences can include size and duration of event, responsibilities of event planner and client’s overall event expectations.
